Project Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex IT Operations & Maintenance and ICT projects .

This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background, solid project management experience, and the ability to work closely with internal teams, vendors, suppliers, and customer stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead multiple complex IT O&M and ICT projects

• Oversee project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure

• Ensure project delivery within agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards

• Coordinate with operations teams, vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders

• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans

• Manage change requests and provide regular project status reports

• Ensure alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations

• Support resource planning and project governance activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, MIS, Programming, or related field

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field.

• PMP and ITIL certification preferred

• Technical background in ITSM, software, applications, or IT infrastructure

• Experience in project management methodologies

• Familiarity with ERP workflows

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Fluent in Arabic and English

• Ability to travel across the Kingdom when required
