Project Manager

Role Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end planning, coordination, and delivery of infrastructure projects, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and in full compliance with contractual, technical, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall project execution and performance

• Manage multidisciplinary teams and contractors

• Monitor schedule, cost, and risk performance

• Coordinate with stakeholders and authorities

• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and governance standards

Reporting Line

• Reports to: Project Director / Client Representative

• Manages: Engineers, Inspectors, Surveyors

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)

• Master’s degree (preferred)

Experience

• 10–15 years total experience

• Minimum 5 years in Saudi Arabia

Certifications

• PMP (preferred)

• Saudi Council of Engineers (mandatory)

Skills

• Project management (Primavera / MS Project)

• Risk management & reporting

• Leadership & stakeholder management

Location

• Full-time, site-based in Al Abha
