Job Summary

Horizon Technologies Group is seeking an experienced and results-driven IT Project Manager to lead technology projects from initiation through delivery. The ideal candidate will oversee project planning, resource management, budgeting, stakeholder communication, and successful implementation of IT solutions while ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage IT projects across multiple departments
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Manage project budgets and ensure cost efficiency
• Ensure compliance with company standards and IT policies
• Lead project meetings and maintain effective communication with leadership
• Support process improvement and digital transformation initiatives
• Ensure successful deployment and post-project evaluation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in IT project management
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud systems, or enterprise software implementations
