We are seeking an enthusiastic, independent, and motivated Parts Specialist. The qualified candidate will work in our Reno location, supporting all three branches. A clean DMV record and a valid Driver&rsquo;s License are required. This individual must work independently and have experience with parts and inventory.

More details about this opportunity for a full-time Parts Specialist: 
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 
<ul>
<li>
Support the Martinez, Sacramento, and Reno branches in relation to parts.</li>
<li>Research parts, including pricing and availability.</li>
<li>Order parts and follow up on the status of delivery for scheduling purposes.</li>
<li>Receive and package parts for over-the-counter sales.</li>
<li>Receive parts for scheduled jobs and pick up as needed.</li>
<li>Deliver parts to technicians as needed.</li>
<li>Process purchase orders.</li>
<li>Invoicing for over-the-counter sales.</li>
<li>Cover incoming calls.</li>
<li>Process parts requests promptly.</li>
<li>Research and return parts and cores as necessary.</li>
<li>Maintain parts area in a neat and orderly fashion (shipping area, parts return area, filter area).</li>
<li>Order and monitor stock items weekly, including filters, rental items, and other relevant supplies.</li>
<li>Complete &amp; submit paperwork necessary for rebates and discounts from vendors when available (i.e., Ford, Imperial).</li></ul> 


Required skills:

Mechanical knowledge.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written skills.</li>
<li>Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.</li>
<li>Reliable and committed to teamwork.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational skills</li>
<li>Courteous and calm in challenging situations.</li></ul>
