We're growing and need a dependable Customer Support Rep to help us keep things running smoothly.Position Overview: You&rsquo;ll be the go-to person for assisting customers with questions about orders, products, shipping, and general inquiries. Your role is to provide fast, friendly, and accurate support &mdash; by phone, email, and occasionally in person.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails</li><li>Provide order updates, shipping details, and delivery estimates</li><li>Assist customers with basic product questions</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and professionally</li><li>Work with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment</li><li>Keep accurate notes and records in our system (CRM/order management software)</li><li>Help maintain a positive experience for every customer</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>Friendly, clear communicator (both written and verbal)</li><li>Organized and able to juggle multiple tasks without losing focus</li><li>Basic computer skills (email, data entry, etc.)</li><li>Reliable and team-oriented</li><li>Experience in customer service, call center, or administrative support is a plus</li><li>Construction/warehouse product knowledge is a bonus, but not required</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>$18-20/hour depending on experience</li><li>Full-time schedule (Monday&ndash;Friday, no nights or weekends)</li><li>On-the-job training and support</li><li>Opportunity for career advancement</li><li>Positive, close-knit team environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourShift:<ul><li>Day shift</li></ul>Work Location: In person
