Customer Support Representative

About Us:
CDI Doors is a national supplier of commercial doors, frames, and hardware, serving contractors and builders across the U.S. We pride ourselves on fast lead times, expert-level service, and a hardworking team environment. We're growing and need a dependable Customer Support Rep to help us keep things running smoothly.

Position Overview:
You’ll be the go-to person for assisting customers with questions about orders, products, shipping, and general inquiries. Your role is to provide fast, friendly, and accurate support — by phone, email, and occasionally in person.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails
  • Provide order updates, shipping details, and delivery estimates
  • Assist customers with basic product questions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and professionally
  • Work with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Keep accurate notes and records in our system (CRM/order management software)
  • Help maintain a positive experience for every customer

What We’re Looking For:

  • Friendly, clear communicator (both written and verbal)
  • Organized and able to juggle multiple tasks without losing focus
  • Basic computer skills (email, data entry, etc.)
  • Reliable and team-oriented
  • Experience in customer service, call center, or administrative support is a plus
  • Construction/warehouse product knowledge is a bonus, but not required
