Job Title: Business Analyst &ndash; Retail / Finance IndustryLocation:Vadodara, Sarabhai Campus (Work from Office)Job Type:Full-timeShift Hours: 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM IST (Aligned with US EST Hours)Position SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic Senior Business Analyst with a strong product mindset and deep domain expertise in the retail or finance software sector. As a key member of our team, you will drive business analysis initiatives, manage and document software requirements, coordinate with project leads, and play a pivotal role in timely and efficient product releases. Proficiency in Agile methodologies and an ability to work independently are essential for success in this role.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead Requirement Gathering: Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements.</li><li>Documentation: Prepare detailed functional specifications, Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), user stories, and process flow diagrams.</li><li>Cross-functional Coordination: Act as a liaison between development, QA, and business teams to ensure aligned execution.</li><li>Product Release Management: Collaborate with project leads to plan, track, and manage product release cycles.</li><li>Process Improvement: Continuously analyze existing business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement strategic solutions.</li><li>Project Tracking: Use JIRA or equivalent Project Management Systems (PMS) to manage requirements, bugs, and progress tracking.</li><li>Communication: Ensure consistent and transparent communication internally and with clients regarding project status, requirements, and changes.</li><li>Product Support: Align business needs with technical solutions, supporting product development planning and execution.</li><li>Reporting: Maintain up-to-date project documentation and generate regular reports for management and stakeholders.</li></ul>Domain Experience (One or More):Retail Software Industry<ul><li>Fintech (Finance) Software Industry</li><li>eCommerce Software Industry</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; SkillsBachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field (preferred).<ul><li>4&ndash;5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT/software industry.</li><li>Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and related documentation practices.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management.</li><li>Experience working with JIRA or similar project management/bug tracking tools.</li><li>Exceptional organizational skills and ability to independently manage multiple priorities.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;12,748.34 - &#8377;56,394.88 per monthWork Location: In person
