Job Summary 
We&rsquo;re looking for a strategic and results-driven Campaign Lead to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth. This role is critical in aligning cross-functional teams&mdash;performance marketing, digital, content, campaign planning and Integrated Tech/Digital Velocity &mdash;to deliver impactful, full-funnel programs that resonate with our B2B tech audience.
What you'll do<ul><li>
Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned to key solutions, verticals, or personas.</li><li>
Collaborate with performance marketing, ITS/DV, and field teams to define campaign goals, messaging, and target audiences.</li><li>
Manage campaign calendars, timelines, and project plans to ensure on-time execution and coordination across teams.</li><li>
Partner with digital, content, and creative teams to produce compelling assets across email, web, social, paid media, and events.</li><li>
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (MQLs, pipeline, conversion rates, ROI), and make data-driven optimizations.</li><li>
Own campaign reporting and stakeholder communication, including performance recaps and insights.</li><li>
Support the integration of campaigns into ABM and sales enablement programs when applicable.</li><li>
Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and internal resources related to campaign delivery.</li></ul>
What we expect of you 
Minimum basic requirements<ul><li>
Bachelors degree and 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a technology or SaaS environment.</li><li>
OR 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a technology or SaaS environment.</li><li>
Proven success managing integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable outcomes.</li><li>
Strong project management and organizational skills; comfortable juggling multiple priorities.</li><li>
Experience working with marketing automation (e.g., Marketo), CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools.</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify complex topics.</li><li>
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into actionable insights.</li><li>
Collaborative and flexible team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>
Preferred skills, experience and qualities needed<ul><li>
Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and tools.</li><li>
Familiarity with B2B buyer journeys, tech personas, and sales cycles.</li><li>
Understanding of SEO, paid media, and performance marketing fundamentals.</li></ul>
Pay range: $ 68,000-$97,200 depending on experience and skill set
