Overview:We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Construction Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a Construction Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning and restoration tasks to ensure the cleanliness and safety of various environments. This is a paid position with opportunity for future work. **Must have own transportation**Responsibilities:- Must have own transportation- Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with established protocols and procedures-Pack customer belongings safely and accordingly- Use equipment to clean, restore, and maintain various surfaces- Conduct water damage restoration, mold remediation, and fire restoration cleaning- Clean carpets, upholstery, and other fabric surfaces using appropriate techniques and equipment- Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling hazardous materials or working in potentially dangerous environments- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are properly stored and organized- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure customer satisfaction- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all timesExperience:- Previous experience in cleaning or related field is preferred but not required, willing to train- Familiarity with cleaning techniques, tools, and equipment is a plus- Knowledge of water damage restoration, mold remediation, and fire restoration is beneficial- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficientlyNote: Training will be provided for candidates who demonstrate the willingness to learn.We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career advancement within our company.
