Cleaning Technician

Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Construction Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a Construction Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning and restoration tasks to ensure the cleanliness and safety of various environments. This is a paid position with opportunity for future work. **Must have own transportation**

Responsibilities:

- Must have own transportation

- Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with established protocols and procedures

-Pack customer belongings safely and accordingly

- Use equipment to clean, restore, and maintain various surfaces

- Conduct water damage restoration, mold remediation, and fire restoration cleaning

- Clean carpets, upholstery, and other fabric surfaces using appropriate techniques and equipment

- Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling hazardous materials or working in potentially dangerous environments

- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are properly stored and organized

- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure customer satisfaction

- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Experience:

- Previous experience in cleaning or related field is preferred but not required, willing to train

- Familiarity with cleaning techniques, tools, and equipment is a plus

- Knowledge of water damage restoration, mold remediation, and fire restoration is beneficial

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
