Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Lead Toddler Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children&rsquo;s lives while working alongside a supportive team of educators.Duties<ul><li>Lead daily classroom activities, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for toddlers</li><li>Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards</li><li>Monitor and support individual developmental needs, including those with special education requirements or disabilities</li><li>Foster positive behavior management strategies to encourage social skills and emotional growth</li><li>Maintain open communication with parents and guardians about children&rsquo;s progress and daily experiences</li><li>Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and caregivers, promoting teamwork and professional development</li><li>Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid procedures and sanitation protocols</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices</li><li>Experience working with toddlers in daycare or preschool settings, including classroom management expertise</li><li>Certifications in first aid and CPR; (we can train) additional training in special education or working with children with disabilities is a plus</li><li>Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and team members</li><li>Ability to manage behavior constructively and implement effective caregiving techniques</li><li>Proven ability to lead a classroom confidently while maintaining a warm, nurturing atmosphere</li><li>Familiarity with infant care, babysitting, nannying, or caregiving roles that involve working closely with young children</li></ul>Join us as a Lead Toddler Teacher and be part of a dynamic environment where your enthusiasm fuels children's curiosity and love for learning!
