Winery Tasting Room Team Member(Part-Time) Cellar Beast Winehouse | Andreas, PAAt Cellar Beast Winehouse, we create memorable, educational, and welcoming wine experiences. We&rsquo;re looking for a passionate, hospitality-driven team member to join our Tasting Room and represent our brand both onsite and at local events.This is a hands-on, guest-facing role for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to grow their knowledge of wine.What You&rsquo;ll DoYou&rsquo;ll gain experience across all aspects of winery tasting room operations, including:<ul><li>Hosting guided wine tastings and educating guests</li><li>Providing bar and table service with a high level of hospitality</li><li>Supporting off-site events, festivals, and pop-ups</li><li>Assisting with wine and food preparation</li><li>Operating our POS system (Square) and handling transactions</li><li>Supporting inventory processes and daily operations</li><li>Helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment</li></ul>Who This Role Is ForThis is a great fit if you:<ul><li>Enjoy engaging with people and creating memorable experiences</li><li>Are curious about wine and excited to learn (no prior wine expertise required)</li><li>Are comfortable making recommendations and guiding guests</li><li>Thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment</li><li>Bring a positive, professional, and proactive attitude</li></ul>This role may not be a fit if you prefer behind-the-scenes work or are not available on weekends.What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Hospitality, food &amp; beverage, retail, or customer service experience preferred</li><li>Willingness to learn and grow within the wine industry</li><li>Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts</li><li>Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods</li><li>Must be 21+ years of age</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Perks<ul><li>Hourly rate: $13&ndash;$15/hr + tips</li><li>Employee discounts</li><li>Wine education and certification support, including Wine School participation</li></ul>Schedule<ul><li>Part-time</li><li>Thursday&ndash;Sunday availability required (hours vary by week)</li><li>Weekend availability is essential</li></ul>About Cellar BeastWe&rsquo;re a small, passionate team committed to authenticity, education, and connection.
