At Cellar Beast Winehouse, we create memorable, educational, and welcoming wine experiences. We’re looking for a passionate, hospitality-driven team member to join our Tasting Room and represent our brand both onsite and at local events.

This is a hands-on, guest-facing role for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to grow their knowledge of wine.

What You’ll Do

You’ll gain experience across all aspects of winery tasting room operations, including:

• Hosting guided wine tastings and educating guests
• Providing bar and table service with a high level of hospitality
• Supporting off-site events, festivals, and pop-ups
• Assisting with wine and food preparation
• Operating our POS system (Square) and handling transactions
• Supporting inventory processes and daily operations
• Helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Hospitality, food & beverage, retail, or customer service experience preferred
• Willingness to learn and grow within the wine industry
• Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
• Must be 21+ years of age

Compensation & Perks

• Hourly rate: $13–$15/hr + tips

Schedule

• Part-time
• Thursday–Sunday availability required (hours vary by week)
• Weekend availability is essential

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
