We pride ourselves on delivering top-tier client results while maintaining a fun, professional, and supportive work environment.We are seeking a creative, analytical, and driven Social Media &amp; Digital Advertising Manager to lead our online presence and paid media campaigns. This role combines social media strategy with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads expertise to drive brand awareness, engagement, and client bookings.&#11835;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with brand goals (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).</li><li>Create and schedule engaging content (posts, Reels, Stories, ad creatives).</li><li>Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook &amp; Instagram) campaigns to drive lead generation and conversions.</li><li>Manage and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) campaigns with a focus on ROI.</li><li>Monitor analytics and provide monthly performance reports with recommendations.</li><li>Stay up to date on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.</li><li>Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital platforms.</li><li>Respond to comments/messages when needed to maintain engagement and reputation.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience managing business social media accounts and growing engagement.</li><li>Expert-level knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms.</li><li>Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS).</li><li>Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools for content creation (preferred).</li><li>Excellent communication and copywriting skills.</li><li>Creative thinker with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Experience in aesthetics, beauty, or health industries is a plus.</li></ul>If you want to surround yourself with FUN people and work out of a beautiful office, then this job is for you!Job Type: Part-timePay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hourExpected hours: 24 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Newport Beach, CA 92660 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Newport Beach, CA 92660: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
