Social Media and Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a creative, analytical, and driven Social Media & Digital Advertising Manager to lead our online presence and paid media campaigns. This role combines social media strategy with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads expertise to drive brand awareness, engagement, and client bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with brand goals (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
• Create and schedule engaging content (posts, Reels, Stories, ad creatives).
• Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns to drive lead generation and conversions.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) campaigns with a focus on ROI.
• Monitor analytics and provide monthly performance reports with recommendations.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital platforms.
• Respond to comments/messages when needed to maintain engagement and reputation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing business social media accounts and growing engagement.
• Expert-level knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS).
• Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools for content creation (preferred).
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Creative thinker with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in aesthetics, beauty, or health industries is a plus.
