The Part-Time Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for all Company recruiting and ensuring that the recruiting needs are met in a timely manner. Ensure all HR administrative and clerical duties are performed including employee files, new hire paperwork, and recruiting. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and exercise good judgment due to the nature of the sensitivity of information within the office.Work Environment: This is not a remote/telecommunicating position. It is in office only, Monday through Friday, from 830 am to 1 pm.FLSA Status: Non-Exempt employeeMain Job Tasks &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>All recruiting responsibilities:</li><li>Post job openings to various web sites</li><li>Assists with screening applicant/resumes</li><li>Coordinating in-person interviews</li><li>Participate in the hiring decisions based on the cultural fit of a candidate</li><li>HR administration:</li><li>Respond to correspondence with various recruiting and temp agencies</li><li>Assist with On-boarding of all new hires</li><li>Assist with new hire form completion and application</li><li>Assist with Off-boarding paperwork and systems</li><li>Responsible for maintaining all employee files and information.</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>High Level Computer Skills &ndash; Microsoft Office, Calendar, Word and Excel</li><li>1 &ndash; 2 years of human resources related experience</li></ul>Job Requirements &amp; Key Competencies:<ul><li>Administrative Writing Skills</li><li>Maintain a high level of confidentiality and trustworthiness</li><li>Great written and verbal communication</li><li>Team player with a positive attitude</li><li>High level of integrity</li><li>People oriented skill set; high empathy</li><li>High energy</li><li>Must be able to travel between Company Locations when necessary and with little notice if needed</li><li>Must be able to sit for long periods of time</li><li>Must be able to work on a computer for long periods of time</li></ul>Language, Mathematical, and Reasoning Skills:<ul><li>Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
