The Part-Time Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for all Company recruiting and ensuring that the recruiting needs are met in a timely manner. Ensure all HR administrative and clerical duties are performed including employee files, new hire paperwork, and recruiting. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and exercise good judgment due to the nature of the sensitivity of information within the office.
Work Environment: This is not a remote/telecommunicating position. It is in office only, Monday through Friday, from 830 am to 1 pm.

Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities:
- All recruiting responsibilities:
- Post job openings to various web sites
- Assists with screening applicant/resumes
- Coordinating in-person interviews
- Participate in the hiring decisions based on the cultural fit of a candidate
- HR administration:
- Respond to correspondence with various recruiting and temp agencies
- Assist with On-boarding of all new hires
- Assist with new hire form completion and application
- Assist with Off-boarding paperwork and systems
- Responsible for maintaining all employee files and information.
Experience:
- High Level Computer Skills – Microsoft Office, Calendar, Word and Excel
- 1 – 2 years of human resources related experience
