Morning, evening, and weekend hours are available. A candidate looking to start part-time would also be considered. The ideal candidate will have strong orthopedic manual skills or an ardent desire to learn from a seasoned team of Physical Therapists.Customer Service &amp; CMG Staff Responsibilities<ul><li>Courteous and pleasant in person and on the telephone with coworkers, patients, visitors, and supervisors</li><li>Handles and resolves patient complaints in a pleasant manner without faulting other employees.</li><li>Maintains operations by following policies and procedures.</li><li>Upholds the culture of Centennial Medical Group by always treating patients, visitors, and colleagues in a friendly, welcoming, and compassionate manner.</li></ul>Physical Therapist Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assess, evaluate, and establish treatment goals, and administer treatments to a variety of patients, documenting status and reporting accordingly</li><li>Perform comprehensive evaluations and examinations for patients demonstrating impairments, activity limitations, and functional limitations that are musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiovascular, pulmonary and/or integumentary in origin.</li><li>Autonomously make clinical decisions in a Direct Access environment with consideration for local scope of Practice guidelines</li><li>Confer with other physical therapy staff to discuss and evaluate patient information for planning, modifying, or coordinating treatment.</li><li>Interprets findings, selects appropriate tests and measures, and integrates findings into the PT Plan of Care.</li><li>Supervise treatments provided by Physical Therapy Assistants as per MD State requirements</li><li>Design, instruct and educate patients, families, and caregivers on Home Exercise Programs.</li><li>Make appropriate referrals to other providers for further consultation.</li><li>Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care, and proven interventions.</li><li>Ability to lift &le; 50 pounds</li><li>Physical Stamina to support patients with mobility issues, and tasks that require physical effort.</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>B.S, Master&rsquo;s Degree, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from a Nationally Accredited University</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>B.S in Physical Therapy</li><li>National Provider Identifier (NPI), or obtain NPI, prior to employment start date</li><li>Current Maryland State Physical Therapy License</li><li>Current BLS and CPR Certification</li><li>Special Interest in Orthopedics and Manual Therapy</li><li>2+ years of full-time experience in an outpatient orthopedic or sports clinical setting</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Dry Needling Certified/Registered or interest in achieving certification</li><li>Vestibular training</li><li>3+ years of full-time experience in an outpatient orthopedic or sports clinical setting preferred</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Continuing education credits</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
