This position is full-time with a flexible schedule. Morning, evening, and weekend hours are available. A candidate looking to start part-time would also be considered. The ideal candidate will have strong orthopedic manual skills or an ardent desire to learn from a seasoned team of Physical Therapists.
Customer Service & CMG Staff Responsibilities
- Courteous and pleasant in person and on the telephone with coworkers, patients, visitors, and supervisors
- Handles and resolves patient complaints in a pleasant manner without faulting other employees.

Physical Therapist Responsibilities:
- Assess, evaluate, and establish treatment goals, and administer treatments to a variety of patients, documenting status and reporting accordingly
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and examinations for patients demonstrating impairments, activity limitations, and functional limitations that are musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiovascular, pulmonary and/or integumentary in origin.
- Autonomously make clinical decisions in a Direct Access environment with consideration for local scope of Practice guidelines
- Confer with other physical therapy staff to discuss and evaluate patient information for planning, modifying, or coordinating treatment.
- Interprets findings, selects appropriate tests and measures, and integrates findings into the PT Plan of Care.
- Supervise treatments provided by Physical Therapy Assistants as per MD State requirements
- Design, instruct and educate patients, families, and caregivers on Home Exercise Programs.
- Make appropriate referrals to other providers for further consultation.
- Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care, and proven interventions.
- Ability to lift ≤ 50 pounds
- Physical Stamina to support patients with mobility issues, and tasks that require physical effort.
Education:
- B.S, Master’s Degree, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from a Nationally Accredited University
Minimum Qualifications:
- B.S in Physical Therapy
- National Provider Identifier (NPI), or obtain NPI, prior to employment start date
- Current Maryland State Physical Therapy License
- Current BLS and CPR Certification
- Special Interest in Orthopedics and Manual Therapy
- 2+ years of full-time experience in an outpatient orthopedic or sports clinical setting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Dry Needling Certified/Registered or interest in achieving certification
- Vestibular training
- 3+ years of full-time experience in an outpatient orthopedic or sports clinical setting preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
