Job Summary We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Millwright Helpers to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will assist skilled millwrights in installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery and equipment within a fast-paced manufacturing facility. Your proactive approach and technical aptitude will contribute to ensuring optimal equipment performance, safety, and efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in industrial maintenance while working alongside experienced professionals committed to excellence.Responsibilities<ul><li>Support the installation, alignment, and assembly of machinery using schematics, technical drawings, and precision measuring instruments.</li><li>Assist with routine maintenance tasks on equipment such as hydraulics, electrical systems, and mechanical components.</li><li>Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment (&lt;LOCATION&gt; welding), and precision instruments like ammeters and ohmmeters to perform repairs and adjustments.</li><li>Help troubleshoot issues related to programmable logic controllers (PLCs), low voltage systems, high voltage circuits, and industrial electrician components.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).</li><li>Operate scissor lifts and other field service equipment safely to access elevated or hard-to-reach machinery.</li><li>Follow safety protocols related to HVAC/R systems, hydraulics, electrical work, and industrial mechanics to ensure a secure work environment.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Prior experience in an industrial mechanic or manufacturing facility environment is highly preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of mechanical systems, schematics, and industrial maintenance practices.</li><li>Familiarity with electrical systems including low voltage, high voltage, and troubleshooting with ammeters and ohmmeters.</li><li>Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately.</li><li>Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), CMMS software, hydraulics, HVAC/R systems, welding (&lt;LOCATION&gt; welding), and precision measuring instruments.</li><li>Strong analysis skills for diagnosing issues quickly and effectively.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills when interacting with team members or external vendors during field service tasks.</li><li>Ability to operate a scissor lift safely and adhere to safety standards related to high voltage electrical work.</li><li>Military background or experience in industrial electrician roles is a plus.</li><li>Proficiency in English for clear communication across teams.
