We're happy to answer any questions you may have about the job and set up a time for you to come in for an interview.Centerville Child Development Administrators 8095 Garnet Dr. Centerville, OH 45458 (937) 468-4005Duties<ul><li>Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that aligns with educational standards and fosters early childhood development.</li><li>Manage classroom behavior effectively while promoting positive interactions among students.</li><li>Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.</li><li>Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and development.</li><li>Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods as needed.</li><li>Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and share best practices in teaching methodologies.</li><li>Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with early childhood education trends.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting is essential.</li><li>Knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management techniques.</li><li>Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff.</li><li>Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.</li><li>Understanding of child welfare regulations and standards for preschool environments.</li><li>Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred but not mandatory.
