We are looking for Teachers of all roles and experiences (lead, assistant or floaters) to add to our current team. Our current teacher openings are across all groups (preschool, toddler, infant). We are looking for both experienced, credentialed teachers as well as those with little/no experience that love working with and being around children. We are happy to provide the training and coaching you need to move up the learning curve!

Duties

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that aligns with educational standards and fosters early childhood development.
  • Manage classroom behavior effectively while promoting positive interactions among students.
  • Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
  • Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and development.
  • Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods as needed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and share best practices in teaching methodologies.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with early childhood education trends.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting is essential.
  • Knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management techniques.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff.
  • Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Understanding of child welfare regulations and standards for preschool environments.

Pay: $13.75 - $15.00 per hour
