We are looking for an individual that can operate excavators, dozers, backhoes, skid steers, and track loaders. Foreseeable projects include excavation, large slab preps, utility trenching and installation, road work, Pipe Laying, and agricultural excavation. Trenching and grading with the appropriate equipment2. Installation of water, sewer, power main/primary3. Ability to fill out daily work reports, timecards, and maintenance requests4. Maintain equipment and operating standards5. Knowledge of machine GPS technology is preferred to ensure compliance with safety requirements on the job site6. Daily collaboration with Company managementRequirements1. Self-starter2. Strong communication skills3. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs4. Ability to do physically demanding tasks5. Able and willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions6. +3 years of experience operating heavy equipment7. Must poses a Driver&rsquo;s license with clean driving history8. Strong scheduling and organizational skills9. Ability to read and decipher plans, specs, and codes10.
