Job Overview We are seeking a right person for the Bookkeeper/Office Manager to join our team.This job is NOT for an average person. But this office is smoke free enviroment.Duties<ul><li>Manage all aspects of bookkeeping using accounting software such as QuickBooks to ensure accurate data entry and transaction processing</li><li>Be familar with credit card, check, ACH and Zell for payment and receipt</li><li>Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment scheduling, and collections</li><li>Heavy email usuage with the customers and emplyees</li><li>Very light payroll processing with attention to detail, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and accurate reporting of employee wages</li><li>Assist with marketing projects</li><li>Maintain organized office operations by managing supplies, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and supporting administrative functions as needed</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles within a small, service business settings</li><li>Extensive knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or similar platforms; experience with GAAP standards is highly desirable</li><li>Strong understanding of double-entry bookkeeping principles, journal entries, general ledger accounting, and account reconciliation techniques</li><li>Strong phone skills</li><li>Excellent skills in 10-key typing for efficient data entry and record keeping</li><li>Ability to communicate complex effectively and use M/S Office</li></ul>Join us in a role where your expertise will directly impact our organization&rsquo;s success!
