We are seeking a right person for the Bookkeeper/Office Manager to join our team.

Duties
- Manage all aspects of bookkeeping using accounting software such as QuickBooks to ensure accurate data entry and transaction processing
- Be familar with credit card, check, ACH and Zell for payment and receipt
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment scheduling, and collections
- Heavy email usuage with the customers and emplyees
- Very light payroll processing with attention to detail, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and accurate reporting of employee wages
- Assist with marketing projects
- Maintain organized office operations by managing supplies, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and supporting administrative functions as needed
Experience
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles within a small, service business settings
- Extensive knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or similar platforms; experience with GAAP standards is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of double-entry bookkeeping principles, journal entries, general ledger accounting, and account reconciliation techniques
- Strong phone skills
- Excellent skills in 10-key typing for efficient data entry and record keeping
- Ability to communicate complex effectively and use M/S Office

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
