Join a mission-driven team making a meaningful impact.Position SummaryUnder minimal supervision, this role supports warehouse and environmental services operations, including purchasing, inventory control, fleet coordination, and materials management. This is a hands-on position requiring organization, problem-solving, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage purchasing, receiving, storing, and distribution of materials, tools, and equipment</li><li>Maintain inventory accuracy, conduct cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies</li><li>Coordinate job site deliveries and track materials</li><li>Support fleet management (maintenance scheduling, compliance, tracking)</li><li>Establish and maintain vendor relationships; assist with procurement and pricing negotiations</li><li>Inspect shipments for accuracy and quality; verify invoices and records</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and anticipate material needs</li><li>Maintain records using automated systems and prepare reports</li><li>Assist with recycling, disposal, and sale of obsolete materials</li><li>Perform minor repairs and warehouse organization tasks</li><li>Support and enforce safety policies and procedures</li><li>Provide training and support to team members as needed</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or similar role</li><li>Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic database systems</li><li>Ability to perform basic math and maintain accurate records</li><li>Knowledge of construction materials or trades is a plus</li><li>Requirements</li><li>Valid California driver&rsquo;s license, and good driving record</li><li>Ability to lift up to 85 lbs and perform physical warehouse duties</li><li>Ability to work in warehouse, office, and field environments</li></ul>Work Environment &amp; Physical Demands:This position operates in warehouse, office, and field settings, including job sites and residential locations. The role requires frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working in moderate to high noise environments. Occasional work at heights may be required.
