Our goal is to empower our employees to work independently, through commitment, productive conflict, accountability, and trust.Key Responsibilities:Direct, confidential involvement with the President of the firm:&middot; Manage full calendar, and ensure smooth transitions between daily, often back-to-back appointments.&middot; Handle correspondence, including heavy email management, categorizing, prioritizing, and responding to messages.&middot; Prepare and organize necessary materials for meetings and provide reminders and updates.&middot; Conduct task management, ensuring tasks are prioritized, completed, and updated.&middot; Organize and book travel for events and other frequent travel&middot; Manage personal and professional errands including meal pickups, deliveries, dry cleaning, car maintenance, childcare coordination.&middot; Coordinate personal appointments, family events, and company social functions.General office management and support:&middot; Attend key meetings for notetaking, distributing action items, and following up on task completion.&middot; Order supplies, manage office spaces, and coordinate maintenance as needed.&middot; Perform administrative duties such as coordinating registration and travel for events, data entry, and print media.&middot; Oversee the coordination and planning of annual events, including the company Christmas party and picnic.&middot; Coordinate and prepare for employee appreciation events&middot; Maintain memberships and subscriptions.&middot; Other various tasks as required.Skills:&middot; Exceptional time-management and organizational skills.&middot; Strong verbal and written communication abilities.&middot; Adaptability to dynamic schedules and tasks.&middot; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.&middot; Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Qualifications:&middot; Proven experience as an Executive Assistant in a similar, fast-paced well-rounded support role.&middot; Experience in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks and expanding duties over time.&middot; Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.&middot; Discretion and confidentiality are paramount.&middot; High degree of discretion and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.&middot; 3-5 years equivalent experience.Why Join Central Geotechnical Services?You will be part of a dedicated team that values humility, empowerment, and collaboration.
