Whether managing transactions, stocking shelves, or providing product demos, you&rsquo;ll play a vital part in delivering exceptional service every day.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their shopping experience</li><li>Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently to process sales accurately and handle cash, credit, or digital payments with precision</li><li>Assist customers with product inquiries, offer upselling opportunities, and conduct product demonstrations to boost sales</li><li>Maintain store merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are well-presented</li><li>Manage inventory by receiving shipments, organizing stock, and conducting regular stock counts</li><li>Uphold phone etiquette when answering inquiries and directing calls professionally</li><li>Support team members with supervising tasks when needed and contribute to a positive team environment</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures</li><li>Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred; supervisory experience is a plus</li><li>Strong communication skills in both bilingual settings and general customer interactions</li><li>Ability to perform basic math for transactions and retail math for inventory management</li><li>Knowledge of grocery store operations is advantageous</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor</li><li>Capable of conducting product demos and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities</li><li>Familiarity with merchandising, stocking, and retail sales best practices</li><li>Demonstrates professionalism with phone etiquette and effective communication skills</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $10.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
