Job Description:Pexdel.com is hiring experienced and confident Cold Callers / Sales Agents to join our US-based Digital Marketing Sales Campaign. If you have excellent communication skills, sales energy, and the drive to earn high commissions &mdash; we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:<ul><li>Make outbound calls to US-based businesses to pitch digital marketing services (SEO, Web, PPC, Branding etc.)</li><li>Follow provided scripts and handle objections confidently.</li><li>Maintain daily call logs, leads, and performance reports.</li><li>Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for Closers.</li><li>Meet and exceed daily/weekly call and conversion targets.</li><li>Collaborate with the sales team to optimize pitch and conversion strategy.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 6 months &ndash; 1 year experience in cold calling / telemarketing (US campaign preferred).</li><li>Excellent English communication with neutral or US accent.</li><li>Comfortable working Night Shift (7:00 PM &ndash; 4:00 AM Pakistan Time).</li><li>Confident, persuasive, and target-driven attitude.</li><li>Basic understanding of digital marketing services is a plus.</li><li>Reliable internet and working environment (for remote applicants).</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Base Salary: PKR 45,000 &ndash; 70,000 (based on experience)</li><li>Commissions: 6&ndash;15%</li><li>Weekly &amp; Monthly Incentives for top performers</li><li>Career Growth: Promotion track to Sales Closer or Sales Manager</li><li>Paid Training on sales scripts and product knowledge</li></ul>Work Schedule:<ul><li>Monday to Friday</li><li>Shift Timing: 7:00 PM &ndash; 4:00 AM (PKT)</li><li>Job Type: Full-time, Onsite</li></ul>How to Apply:Please apply with:<ul><li>Your updated CV/Resume</li></ul>Email: hr@pexdel.com WhatsApp (for faster response): +92 328 1648517Location: Central Tower 2, Hali Road, Gulberg 3, LahoreJob Type: Full-timePay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
