Customer Success Executive (Female candidates are encouraged to apply)

Pexdel.com is seeking a Customer Success Executive to manage and deliver excellent client support for our international campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience handling customer support teams, maintaining service quality, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chat in a timely manner
  • Provide product/service guidance and resolve customer issues effectively
  • Maintain strong communication and follow-ups with clients
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve escalations

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and customer handling abilities
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools (preferred)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Freshers with good communication skills can also apply

Willing to work in Night shift.

Must have Minimum 2-3 years Experience.

Must be Fluent in English.

Location: Central Tower 2, Hali Road, Gulberg 3, Lahore
Job Type: Full-time, Onsite
Shift Timings: (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM, Monday to Friday)
