JOB SUMMARY:The Centre County District Attorney&rsquo;s Office is looking for a lawyer to join our team. Centre County is home to Penn State University, has a growing economy, good schools and easy access to state parks, trails and lakes.This is an opportunity to join an established team of trial lawyers with a great culture and work/life balance.RESPONSIBILITIES:&middot; Represent the Centre County District Attorney&rsquo;s Office in the Court of Common Pleas, Pennsylvania Superior Court, Supreme Court and Federal Court.&middot; Assist the police in the investigating and charging of criminal cases.&middot; Advise police on drafting criminal complaints, search warrants, consensual intercepts and court orders.&middot; Prosecute criminal cases from inception, through trial and subsequent appeals.&middot; Must possess a sense of fairness that allows for vigorous and just prosecutions.
