As a small, closely-knit team, we take a collaborative approach to our work in which every member of our organization plays an active role across all facets of our business.Position OverviewCRD is seeking a Senior Analyst to join our team in Chicago. Reporting directly to and working closely with the principals of the firm, the Senior Analyst will support a wide range of investment, development, and asset management activities. This role offers meaningful exposure to diverse projects, including office-to-residential conversions in Chicago and new-construction apartment developments in Charlotte and South Florida.Key Responsibilities&middot; Build and maintain financial models to support acquisitions, developments, and ongoing asset management&middot; Manage construction draw processes and related documentation&middot; Prepare and review tenant reconciliations&middot; Coordinate with external accountants on financial reporting and related matters&middot; Assist with property management activities across the portfolio&middot; Support investor relations, including reporting and communications&middot; Contribute to additional projects and initiatives as the business requiresQualifications&middot; Bachelor's degree required (finance, accounting, or engineering major preferred)&middot; Two or more years of experience in real estate preferred (investment, development, or related fields)&middot; Strong analytical, quantitative, and financial modeling skills&middot; Proficiency in Microsoft Excel&middot; Excellent written and verbal communication skills&middot; Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities&middot; Self-starter who thrives in a small-team, hands-on environmentWork ArrangementThis position is based in our River North office in Chicago, with an expectation of in-office work at least four days per week.CompensationCRD expects to offer a salary range for this position of $110,000 to $130,000 per year, together with eligibility for project-based bonuses and a generous benefit and paid time off package.
