Position Overview
CRD is seeking a Senior Analyst to join our team in Chicago. Reporting directly to and working closely with the principals of the firm, the Senior Analyst will support a wide range of investment, development, and asset management activities. This role offers meaningful exposure to diverse projects, including office-to-residential conversions in Chicago and new-construction apartment developments in Charlotte and South Florida.
Key Responsibilities
· Build and maintain financial models to support acquisitions, developments, and ongoing asset management
· Manage construction draw processes and related documentation
· Prepare and review tenant reconciliations
· Coordinate with external accountants on financial reporting and related matters
· Assist with property management activities across the portfolio
· Support investor relations, including reporting and communications
· Contribute to additional projects and initiatives as the business requires
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree required (finance, accounting, or engineering major preferred)
· Two or more years of experience in real estate preferred (investment, development, or related fields)
· Strong analytical, quantitative, and financial modeling skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
· Self-starter who thrives in a small-team, hands-on environment
Work Arrangement
This position is based in our River North office in Chicago, with an expectation of in-office work at least four days per week.
Compensation
CRD expects to offer a salary range for this position of $110,000 to $130,000 per year, together with eligibility for project-based bonuses and a generous benefit and paid time off package. Compensation is negotiable commensurate with education and experience.
