Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Real Estate Broker. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in streamlining daily operations, coordinating projects, and ensuring the executive&rsquo;s schedule runs smoothly. If you possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for supporting leadership, this opportunity is perfect for you!Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist/ manage Broker's schedule.</li><li>Handle correspondence via phone, email, and messaging platforms with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.</li><li>Perform data entry, filing, document proofreading, transcription, and office management duties to ensure accuracy and organization.</li><li>Provide executive administrative support such as preparing reports, communicating with team on a regular basis and handling confidential information discreetly.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in an administrative role.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel PowerPoint), Google Workspace applications (Gmail, Docs), and familiarity with Microsoft Outlook Calendar.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.</li><li>Exceptional communication skills&mdash;both written and verbal&mdash;and professional phone etiquette.</li></ul>Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hourWork Location: In person
