Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Real Estate Broker. This energetic role requires a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks with precision and enthusiasm. Responsibilities

  • Assist/ manage Broker's schedule.
  • Handle correspondence via phone, email, and messaging platforms with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Perform data entry, filing, document proofreading, transcription, and office management duties to ensure accuracy and organization.
  • Provide executive administrative support such as preparing reports, communicating with team on a regular basis and handling confidential information discreetly.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in an administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel PowerPoint), Google Workspace applications (Gmail, Docs), and familiarity with Microsoft Outlook Calendar.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
  • Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—and professional phone etiquette.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
