Our client is looking to fill the role of Executive Assistant. This Executive Assistant will support two Vice Presidents on the Subscriber Growth & Monetization team. This is a fast-paced, high-visibility role requiring strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities with minimal direction.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday onsite, Friday remote

Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Location: New York, NY (Hudson Square)

Overtime: Possible (must be pre-approved)
Responsibilities:

Manage complex, high-volume calendars across multiple time zones
-
Coordinate internal meetings, including video conferencing, room bookings, and logistics
-
Handle all travel arrangements (flights, hotels, ground transportation) and expense reporting
-
Provide day-to-day administrative support including calls, mail, document tracking, and supply management
-
Coordinate team events, offsites, and departmental communications
-
Partner with internal teams, executives, and administrative staff across the organization
-
Maintain office operations (supplies, kitchen, shared spaces)
-
Assist with special projects as needed
-
Provide backup support to other Executive Assistants as required
Required Qualifications:
-
3+ years of experience supporting Director-level or above executives in a corporate environment
-
Prior experience at The Walt Disney Company

Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage a high volume of work independently

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
-
Professional, discreet, and able to handle confidential information
-
Collaborative with strong interpersonal skills
-
Proactive and resourceful with a solution-oriented mindset
-
Ability to anticipate executive needs and adapt to changing priorities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and Google Suite
Additional Information:

Must have prior Disney experience

Strong communication, reliability, and professionalism are essential

Experience coordinating across executive offices is required

Collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with other Executive Assistants

Passion for Disney brands and streaming platforms is a plus
