The Century 21Bradley is looking for a PART-TIME FRONT OFFICE ADMINISTRATORMonday through Friday 1:00pm-5:00pmwho will greet visitors, support various needs of our real estate team, track and manage real estate paperwork, and field phone calls. The ideal candidate will be tech savvy, a quick learner, self driven and be able to work with little supervision.Responsibilities include:<ul><li>Audit real estate documentation via software to ensure compliance &amp; communicate with agents missing or incorrect information</li><li>Welcome and direct visitors as they arrive at the office</li><li>Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls</li><li>Learn &amp; become an expert in all front office systems</li><li>Receive, sort &amp; distribute mail &amp; deliveries</li><li>Keep inventory and order supplies</li><li>Schedule appointments (Showings, Appraisals, Home Inspections) on behalf of our agents</li><li>Special Projects</li><li>Assist in all C21B company events</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Multi-Tasker &amp; Dependable</li><li>Solid communication skills (verbal &amp; written)</li><li>Taking pride in cultivating relationships</li><li>Ability to efficiently prioritize and handle numerous tasks that vary in both importance and time sensitivity</li><li>Extremely detail-oriented</li><li>Positive &amp; Patient with a Team Mindset</li><li>Microsoft Office Suite a must</li><li>Tech &amp; Social Media Savvy</li></ul>Job Type: Permanent Part-Time &ndash; Shared with 1 other personHours will be 1:00pm-5:00pm M-F Pay: $15.00 per hourJob Type: Part-timePay: From $15.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Fort Wayne, IN 46825 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
