Permanent PART-TIME Front Office Administrator

The Century 21Bradley is looking for a PART-TIME FRONT OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Monday through Friday 1:00pm-5:00pm

who will greet visitors, support various needs of our real estate team, track and manage real estate paperwork, and field phone calls. The ideal candidate will be tech savvy, a quick learner, self driven and be able to work with little supervision.

Responsibilities include:

  • Audit real estate documentation via software to ensure compliance & communicate with agents missing or incorrect information
  • Welcome and direct visitors as they arrive at the office
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
  • Learn & become an expert in all front office systems
  • Receive, sort & distribute mail & deliveries
  • Keep inventory and order supplies
  • Schedule appointments (Showings, Appraisals, Home Inspections) on behalf of our agents
  • Special Projects
  • Assist in all C21B company events

Job Type: Permanent Part-Time – Shared with 1 other person

Hours will be 1:00pm-5:00pm M-F

Pay: $15.00 per hour
