Real Estate Agent Support and Marketing Assistant****Overview:**We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for participating in multiple office operations, providing administrative support to a team of real estate agents, and ensuring efficient day-to-day activities.**Duties:**- Act as a personal assistant to the business owners and real estate agents by handling correspondence, communication, Real Estate transaction files, marketing tasks, commission calculation and light accounting.- Must enjoy a fast-moving atmosphere and working on multiple tasks throughout the day.-Execute and design multi-faceted marketing projects including print, social media, signage, CRM platforms, radio, etc.-Support multiple agents and the company with database management, using web-based &amp; Excel/CSV files-Accurately input information in various web-based platforms-Troubleshoot computer and technology problems-Execute tasks using all or most applications in Microsoft Office Suite- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors and agents- Perform general clerical duties such as phones, filing, data entry, and record maintenance- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks would be a plus**Experience:**- Proven experience in providing clerical support to multiple individuals- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite-Marketing skills/background would be a strong bonus.-Exposure to multiple web-based platforms and have the ability to &quot;hop&quot; proficiently between platforms.-History of managing people would be a plus.- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesIf you are a proactive individual with excellent multitasking skills and a passion for delivering top-notch administrative support, we encourage you to apply.
