We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our HR function. This role serves as a strategic partner to leadership and employees, supporting talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, compliance, training and development, and organizational culture initiatives.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning efforts.</li><li>
Serve as the primary resource for employee relations, conflict resolution, and policy guidance.</li><li>
Administer employee benefits programs and coordinate annual open enrollment.</li><li>
Manage performance evaluation processes, employee development plans, and corrective action procedures.</li><li>
Coordinate training, leadership development, and employee onboarding programs.</li><li>
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.</li><li>
Administer leave programs, workers&rsquo; compensation claims, ADA accommodations, and return-to-work processes.</li><li>
Maintain HRIS systems, personnel records, reporting, and data integrity.</li><li>
Support employee engagement, recognition, and organizational culture initiatives.</li><li>
Partner with leadership to strengthen employee morale, retention, and organizational effectiveness.</li></ul>
Requirements:

Qualifications
Education<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field required.</li></ul>
Experience<ul><li>
Minimum of 4 years of progressive human resources experience.</li><li>
Prior HR management or supervisory experience preferred.</li><li>
Experience in recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and employment law compliance.</li></ul>
Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.</li><li>
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.</li><li>
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.</li><li>
Strong organizational, project management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>
Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications.</li><li>
Ability to build effective relationships across all levels of an organization.</li></ul>
Preferred Certifications<ul><li>
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.</li></ul></div>
