 Job Description:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop creative concepts, graphics, and layout designs for marketing collaterals and campaigns across multiple channels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design illustrations, logos, and visual assets, refining designs based on stakeholder feedback to achieve desired outcomes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the complete design lifecycle for traditional and digital campaigns, from brief to execution including ideation, concept development, and implementation across ATL, BTL, web, and digital touchpoints.
 </li>
 <li>
 Apply motion graphics skills to create dynamic visual content that drives engagement and brings campaigns to life.
 </li>
 <li>
 Leverage AI-driven design tools to optimize efficiency, explore innovative design possibilities, and stay ahead of industry trends.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all deliverables are visually compelling, brand-consistent, and tailored to target audiences.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirement:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3+ years of graphic design experience with a proven ability to deliver impactful visual solutions. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designs, illustrations, branding, and multimedia content.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent creative vision, innovative design capabilities, and effective communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign for layout design, concepts, mockups, and multimedia work.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with After Effects and Premiere Pro for motion graphics and video editing; HTML knowledge is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience using AI-powered design tools to streamline workflows and explore creative possibilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly organized with strong time-management skills and the ability to deliver quality work under tight deadlines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in design, Fine Arts, or related field preferred; exceptional portfolio may substitute formal education.
 </li>
