The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:<ul><li>JobNimbus Management (Similar CRM)</li></ul><ul><li>Enter and update customer and job information in JobNimbus</li></ul><ul><li>Lead Management</li></ul><ul><li>Receive, log, and organize new leads from various sources</li></ul><ul><li>Track lead status and follow up to ensure timely responses</li></ul><ul><li>Administrative Support</li></ul><ul><li>Answer phones, respond to emails, and greet clients professionally</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain organized digital and physical files</li></ul><ul><li>Excel &amp; Data Management</li></ul><ul><li>Create and maintain spreadsheets</li></ul><ul><li>Assist with compiling data for weekly and monthly reports</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Proficient in JobNimbus (or similar CRM/project management software)</li></ul><ul><li>Strong skills in Microsoft Excel</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills</li></ul><ul><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $16.25 - $18.00 per hourWork Location: In person
