The Roofing Administrative Assistant supports the day-to-day operations of a busy roofing company. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, proficiency with JobNimbus and Excel, and the ability to manage incoming leads efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • JobNimbus Management (Similar CRM)
  • Enter and update customer and job information in JobNimbus
  • Lead Management
  • Receive, log, and organize new leads from various sources
  • Track lead status and follow up to ensure timely responses
  • Administrative Support
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and greet clients professionally
  • Maintain organized digital and physical files
  • Excel & Data Management
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets
  • Assist with compiling data for weekly and monthly reports

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in JobNimbus (or similar CRM/project management software)
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.25 - $18.00 per hour
