Certified Healthcare Billing is a growing medical billing and revenue cycle management company serving healthcare providers across California. We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Manager with a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree and medical billing experience to oversee daily operations and support our billing team. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE EXPERIENCE DO NOT APPLY.This role requires someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in medical billing operations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee daily office operations and billing workflow</li><li>Supervise and support the medical billing team</li><li>Monitor claims submission, payment posting, and accounts receivable follow-up</li><li>Review EOBs, denials, and insurance correspondence</li><li>Communicate with providers, clinics, and insurance companies regarding billing issues</li><li>Assist with reporting, operational improvements, and workflow management</li><li>Maintain organized documentation and administrative processes</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required (Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred)</li><li>Minimum 3 years experience in medical billing or revenue cycle management</li><li>Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, insurance claims, and EOB interpretation</li><li>Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Excellent communication and multitasking abilities</li><li>Experience with billing software and clearinghouses preferred</li></ul>Ideal Candidate<ul><li>Detail-oriented and highly organized</li><li>Strong analytical thinker</li><li>Professional, reliable, and proactive</li><li>Comfortable managing both administrative tasks and billing operations</li></ul>CompensationCompetitive salary based on experience.Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
