 Position Summary:
 
 
 
 
 We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Part-Time HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. The primary focus of this role is recruiting and supportive role to the HR Manager.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:

 Recruitment (Primary Focus):

 Post and manage job listings across multiple platforms.

 <li>
 
 
 Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and
 
 
 assist
 
 
 in candidate communications.
 
 
 </li>
 
 </ul>

 </li>
 
 <li>
 
 
 Support hiring managers with scheduling, follow-ups, and onboarding.
 
 
 </li>
 
 </ul>

 </li>

 Performance Management &amp; Employee Support:
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 
 <li>
 </li>
 
 <li>
 
 
 Track and organize performance reviews and deadlines.

 </li>
 
 <li>
 
 
 Assist
 
 
 with employee recognition initiatives and engagement activities.

 Internal Communications:
 
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Draft and distribute the company newsletter and announcements.

 <li>
 
 
 Support the coordination of company-wide updates and events.

 Administrative &amp; Compliance:

 Maintain and update employee records and HR files with accuracy and confidentiality.

 </li>
 
 <li>
 
 
 Assist
 
 
 with compliance documentation and reporting requirements.
 
 
 </li>
 
 </ul>

 Support HR leadership with special projects as needed.

 Qualifications:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 
 <li>
 
 
 Previous
 
 
 HR, recruiting, or administrative experience preferred.
 
 
 </li>
 
 <li>
 
 
 Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
 
 
 </li>
 
 <li>
 
 
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 
 
 </li>
 
 <li>
 
 
 Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
 
 
 </li>
 
 <li>
 
 
 Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and HR/recruiting software (preferred)
 
 
 </li>

 Schedule &amp; Hours:
