We manage over 30,000 single-family properties in Montgomery County and Liberty County.Job Overview:We are looking for a reliable Administrative Assistant to support Property Owners Association operations, with a primary focus on coordinating USPS mailbox key distribution.This role involves working closely with property owners, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring documentation is complete and compliant.Key Responsibilities:Assist property owners with mailbox key requests and general inquiriesVerify required ownership and residency documentationTrack and manage mailbox key requests using internal systems and spreadsheetsMaintain accurate records of issued keys and key inventoryPrepare paperwork and packets for mailbox key pickupVerify identification at key pickup and ensure proper authorizationScan, file, and organize documents electronicallyCommunicate professionally with property owners, internal staff, and USPS contactsQualifications:Bilingual - SpanishStrong attention to detail and organization skillsComfortable working with spreadsheets and office systemsProfessional communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to handle sensitive information responsiblyPrior administrative or property management experience preferred, but not requiredJob Type: Full-timePay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Fluent Spanish (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Cleveland, TX 77327 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
