Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable Administrative Assistant to support Property Owners Association operations, with a primary focus on coordinating USPS mailbox key distribution.
This role involves working closely with property owners, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring documentation is complete and compliant.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist property owners with mailbox key requests and general inquiries
Verify required ownership and residency documentation
Track and manage mailbox key requests using internal systems and spreadsheets
Maintain accurate records of issued keys and key inventory
Prepare paperwork and packets for mailbox key pickup
Verify identification at key pickup and ensure proper authorization
Scan, file, and organize documents electronically
Communicate professionally with property owners, internal staff, and USPS contacts
Qualifications:
Bilingual - Spanish
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and office systems
Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to handle sensitive information responsibly
Prior administrative or property management experience preferred, but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
