Role Summary

The UX/UI Designer &mdash; Connected Products works directly beneath Lifepro&rsquo;s UX strategy lead, translating high-level UX direction into detailed, developer-ready flows, screen designs, and interaction specs for the Lifepro connected product experience. Equally important, this person acts as the quality gate for UX implementation &mdash; testing live app builds on real iOS and Android devices to ensure what ships actually matches what was designed.

By combining detailed design execution with hands-on UX testing, this role keeps the IoT team&rsquo;s engineering work unblocked and ensures every release meets the brand and interaction quality bar Lifepro customers expect. 
What You&rsquo;ll Do

Design Delivery
<ul>
<li>Translate high-level UX direction into detailed screen flows, wireframes, and annotated UI specifications ready for developer handoff</li>
<li>Design all app screens, components, and interaction states in Figma &mdash; including edge cases, empty states, error states, and loading states</li>
<li>Maintain a living design system aligned to the Lifepro brand &mdash; type, color, spacing, component library &mdash; so developers work from a single source of truth</li>
<li>Participate in sprint planning with the Technical PM to scope design tasks, set delivery timelines, and flag design dependencies that could block developers</li>
</ul>
UX Implementation Testing
<ul>
<li>Test every sprint build on both iOS and Android physical devices before it is marked done</li>
<li>Compare live builds side-by-side against Figma designs using pixel-level and interaction-level review</li>
<li>Verify that gestures, transitions, animations, and micro-interactions behave as specified</li>
<li>Coordinate UX bug reports with the QA Engineer so defects are tracked in one system with consistent severity tagging</li>
</ul>
Collaboration
<ul>
<li>Collaborate directly with the development team during sprint implementation &mdash; answering questions, clarifying intent, and reviewing in-progress builds against the design spec</li>
<li>Incorporate feedback from the UX lead, stakeholders, and QA findings iteratively &mdash; versioning designs clearly and communicating changes to the development team</li>
<li>Support the QA Engineer with UX-specific test criteria &mdash; providing visual references and interaction benchmarks for test case creation</li></ul> 


Who You Are
<ul>
<li>You have 3+ years of product UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio of shipped mobile applications</li>
<li>You translate strategic direction into detailed, annotated deliverables developers can build from without guesswork</li>
<li>You are proficient in Figma &mdash; components, auto-layout, prototyping, developer handoff, and design system maintenance</li>
<li>You are present during implementation &mdash; not just at handoff. You answer questions, review builds, and flag deviations before they become rework</li>
<li>You test on real devices and know the difference between a design that looks right in Figma and one that feels right on a phone</li>
<li>You are fluent in iOS and Android design conventions (Human Interface Guidelines, Material Design) and know when to apply each</li>
<li>You work in agile sprints with developers and understand how to scope and sequence design work to avoid blocking engineering</li>
<li>Nice to have: experience designing IoT companion apps, Bluetooth pairing flows, real-time data visualization UI, fitness/health app design, motion design (Principle, ProtoPie), and AI-assisted design tools</li></ul>

Cross-Functional Relationships
<ul>
<li>UX Strategy Lead: Receive high-level UX direction and product vision; align on design language and review designs iteratively</li>
<li>Technical PM &mdash; IoT: Sprint planning, scope design tasks, surface design dependencies that could block engineering</li>
<li>Mobile Developers (iOS &amp; Android): Design handoff, in-sprint clarification, and live build review against the design spec</li>
<li>QA Engineer: Joint UX bug tracking, shared severity tagging, and UX test criteria for the QA test suite</li>
<li>Product Development Leadership: Quarterly design language review and full UX audits against the shipped product</li></ul>

Role Summary

Walmart, Target+, and Best Buy are some of the biggest retail surfaces in North America &mdash; but every listing on those marketplaces is held together by backend work that customers never see: SKU uploads, inventory feeds, compliance flags, return policies, and account-health metrics. When the backend is clean, sales scale. When it slips, listings get suppressed and revenue stops.

The Omnichannel Backend Associate keeps that machine running. This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role responsible for SKU setup, inventory monitoring, and marketplace compliance across Walmart (U.S. &amp; Canada), Target+, and Best Buy (U.S. &amp; Canada). Your work is the quiet engine behind ChaiVision&rsquo;s omnichannel growth. 
What You&rsquo;ll Do

Marketplace Back-End Management
<ul>
<li>Upload and configure new SKUs across Walmart, Walmart Canada, Target+, Best Buy U.S., and Best Buy Canada</li>
<li>Ensure product details, pricing, stock, and attributes sync correctly from Shopify and SellerCloud</li>
<li>Troubleshoot suppressed SKUs, missing content, and unpublished items</li>
</ul>
Inventory &amp; Stock Management
<ul>
<li>Monitor inventory across all assigned platforms to prevent out-of-stocks</li>
<li>Track Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) inventory and seller performance metrics</li>
<li>Flag low-stock or performance issues and coordinate timely updates with the team</li>
</ul>
Policy &amp; Logistics Setup
<ul>
<li>Set up shipping rules, return policies, and logistics parameters across each marketplace</li>
<li>Monitor marketplace performance metrics (e.g., Walmart Seller Scorecard)</li>
<li>Resolve logistics or policy issues promptly to keep accounts in good standing</li>
</ul>
Compliance &amp; Marketplace Health
<ul>
<li>Monitor backend alerts for violations (hazmat, category misplacement, listing policy)</li>
<li>Proactively address compliance issues to prevent penalties or account risk</li>
<li>Maintain account-health metrics across all assigned platforms</li>
</ul>
Reporting &amp; Communication
<ul>
<li>Run monthly returns reports and share analysis with management</li>
<li>Track performance alerts and flag critical issues for resolution</li>
<li>Provide regular written updates to the Backend Manager on issues, progress, and risks</li>
<li>Coordinate with the front-end team, IT / SellerCloud, and Finance partners on issues that cross teams</li></ul>

Qualifications
<ul>
<li>1-3 years of experience in marketplace operations, eCommerce backend administration, or seller-platform support</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with at least one of: Walmart Seller Center, Target+, Best Buy Seller Portal, or a comparable marketplace platform</li>
<li>Working knowledge of SellerCloud, Shopify, or another listing / inventory system is a strong plus</li>
<li>Solid Excel / Google Sheets skills for inventory tracking and returns reporting</li>
<li>Ability to work U.S. business hours (9 AM &ndash; 5 PM EST) from the Pakistan office</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field preferred</li></ul>
