Role Summary

The HR Recruiter &ndash; Pakistan is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment while supporting core HR operations to ensure scalable, compliant, and people-first growth. This role exists to relieve HR leadership of operational bottlenecks by owning recruitment execution and supporting onboarding, compliance tracking, payroll preparation, and employee support.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring the right people are hired efficiently, onboarded smoothly, and supported effectively&mdash;directly contributing to Chai Vision&rsquo;s growth and culture. 
What You&rsquo;ll Do

Recruitment (Primary Responsibility)

Top of Funnel &ndash; Strategy &amp; Sourcing
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring timelines

Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach 
<li>
</li>
<li>Manage job postings and maintain a strong, active candidate pipeline</li> 
</ul>
Bottom of Funnel &ndash; Execution &amp; Closing
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews 
<ul><li>
</li>
Coordinate interview scheduling and manage candidate communication 
<li>
</li>
Identify red flags such as AI-generated resumes or inconsistent responses 
<li>
</li>
<li>Prepare offer details and support smooth onboarding handoff</li> 
</ul>
HR Operations Support (Secondary Responsibility)
Coordinate onboarding documentation and ensure timely completion

Support HR compliance tracking during lower recruitment volume periods

Assist with payroll preparation and data validation (final approvals handled by HR leadership)

<li>Respond to employee HR inquiries and route issues appropriately</li>

Role Summary

The Logistics Data Analyst is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely delivery of all DTC orders while providing strategic insights to drive operational efficiency. This role owns data validation, reporting, and dashboard creation for logistics KPIs, enabling leadership and cross-functional teams to make informed, data-driven decisions. By monitoring 3PL performance, tracking integrations, and identifying process improvements, this role ensures smooth operations, enhanced visibility, and optimal customer experiences. 
What You&rsquo;ll Do
Own daily, weekly, and monthly data audits, report generation, and KPI tracking for all DTC logistics operations

Analyze logistics data trends to identify cost-saving opportunities, carrier performance issues, and process improvements

Audit and correct tracking data, manage dashboards, and serve as the main point of contact for escalated tracking issues

Monitor 3PL/fulfillment partners and carrier integrations to ensure data accuracy and adherence to SLAs

Build, maintain, and automate key reports including Shipping Cost per Order, On-Time Delivery Rate, Carrier Performance, Lost/Damaged Package Rate, and Tracking Sync Accuracy

Proactively resolve tracking issues to prevent customer service escalations

Collaborate with Customer Service for rapid resolution of delivery exceptions and escalations
