Role Summary

The Amazon Brand Manager (Petcove Canada) will be responsible for driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence for the Petcove brand on Amazon Canada. This is an existing role being backfilled to strengthen performance and execution.

In addition to scaling Petcove, this role will support the launch and growth of Joyberri in the Canadian market and contribute to the broader expansion of Chai Vision brands across Amazon Canada. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with deep experience managing Amazon 1P environments and executing end-to-end brand growth initiatives. 
What You&rsquo;ll Do

Sales &amp; Advertising
Monitor and grow Amazon Canada sales performance for assigned brands 
<ul><li>

Coordinate with the advertising team to optimize PPC campaigns and reduce TACoS 
<li>
</li>
<li>Identify and execute effective promotions, pricing strategies, and sales-driving initiatives</li> 
</ul>
Catalog Management
Resolve catalog issues including suppressed ASINs, variation errors, and listing discrepancies 
<ul><li>
</li>
Ensure listings are fully optimized with strong SEO, high-quality content, and A+ pages 
<li>
</li>
<li>Liaise with Amazon Vendor Central (1P) teams as required</li> 
</ul>
Product Launches
Lead new product listings and brand launches, including Joyberri and new Petcove SKUs 
<ul><li>
</li>
<li>Set up ASINs with accurate pricing, compelling copy, and optimized imagery</li> 
</ul>
Logistics &amp; Inventory
Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to plan shipments and restocks 
<ul><li>
</li>
<li>Maintain healthy inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations</li> 
</ul>
Forecasting &amp; Profitability
Conduct demand forecasting to support purchase planning 
<ul><li>
</li>
<li>Analyze profitability, identify low-margin products, and recommend cost optimizations</li> 
</ul>
Expansion Support
Support the growth of Chai Vision brands in the Canadian market

<li>Execute structured go-to-market strategies for new brand and product entries</li></ul>

You have successfully launched and scaled products or brands on Amazon using structured go-to-market approaches

Qualifications
Proven experience managing Amazon Canada accounts, preferably in a 1P/Vendor Central environment

Role Summary

The Data &amp; Operations Manager will support Chai Vision&rsquo;s International Markets division by ensuring smooth, accurate, and efficient marketplace operations across Amazon and other platforms. This role combines operational execution, data management, reporting, and process coordination. You will help drive marketplace accuracy, streamline workflows, and support multi-channel expansion across EMEA and APAC. 
What You&rsquo;ll Do

Strategic &amp; Executional Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Data Entry &amp; Listing Management: Maintain and update product, operational, and listing data across marketplaces and internal systems. 
</li>
<li>Reporting: Build, maintain, and optimize operational and performance reports for cross-functional teams. 
</li>
<li>Chargeback Management: Monitor, track, and support resolution of Amazon and retail partner chargebacks. 
</li>
<li>Multi-Channel Operations: Assist with onboarding, managing, and optimizing listings across platforms such as The Range, eBay, Ankorestore, and others. 
</li>
<li>Ad Hoc Projects: Support operational initiatives, special tasks, and manager-directed projects related to international operations.</li></ul> 
Who You Are
Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

Excellent communicator with strong written and verbal English skills

Qualifications
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred)

2&ndash;4 years of experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, or data operations

Proven expertise in spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel), including formulas, dashboards, and data maintenance

Experience with Amazon Vendor or Seller Central (preferred)

</li>
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and manage operational data

<li>Familiarity with warehouse operations, order workflows, and process-driven environments</li></ul>
