Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Director / Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning the back office business. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a solid background in office management. This role is crucial in maintaining an efficient work environment while supporting our team and managing various administrative tasks.Duties<ul><li>CPA</li><li>Manage office operations, including scheduling, vendor management, and clerical tasks.</li><li>Supervise small staff, ensuring effective team management and development.</li><li>Oversee payroll processing and human resources functions to maintain compliance with company policies.</li><li>Handle budgeting and bookkeeping activities to ensure financial accuracy.</li><li>Plan and coordinate meetings, and training sessions for staff development.</li><li>Maintain filing systems, calendar management, and front desk operations.</li><li>Utilize QuickBooks Online for financial tracking and reporting.</li><li>Provide excellent phone etiquette.</li><li>Foster effective communication within the team and with external partners.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in office management or a related administrative role.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.</li><li>CPA is required.</li><li>Familiarity with QuickBooks.</li><li>Proficient in schedule management, vendor relations, and human resources practices.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li>Background in medical office management is advantageous but not required.</li><li>Ability to train staff members in various administrative functions.
