Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Director / Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning the back office business. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a solid background in office management. This role is crucial in maintaining an efficient work environment while supporting our team and managing various administrative tasks.
Duties
- CPA
- Manage office operations, including scheduling, vendor management, and clerical tasks.
- Supervise small staff, ensuring effective team management and development.
- Oversee payroll processing and human resources functions to maintain compliance with company policies.
- Handle budgeting and bookkeeping activities to ensure financial accuracy.
- Plan and coordinate meetings, and training sessions for staff development.
- Maintain filing systems, calendar management, and front desk operations.
- Utilize QuickBooks Online for financial tracking and reporting.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette.
- Foster effective communication within the team and with external partners.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or a related administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- CPA is required.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks.
- Proficient in schedule management, vendor relations, and human resources practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Background in medical office management is advantageous but not required.
- Ability to train staff members in various administrative functions.
