Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Director / Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning the back office business. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a solid background in office management. This role is crucial in maintaining an efficient work environment while supporting our team and managing various administrative tasks.

Duties

  • CPA
  • Manage office operations, including scheduling, vendor management, and clerical tasks.
  • Supervise small staff, ensuring effective team management and development.
  • Oversee payroll processing and human resources functions to maintain compliance with company policies.
  • Handle budgeting and bookkeeping activities to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, and training sessions for staff development.
  • Maintain filing systems, calendar management, and front desk operations.
  • Utilize QuickBooks Online for financial tracking and reporting.
  • Provide excellent phone etiquette.
  • Foster effective communication within the team and with external partners.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office management or a related administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • CPA is required.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks.
  • Proficient in schedule management, vendor relations, and human resources practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Background in medical office management is advantageous but not required.
  • Ability to train staff members in various administrative functions.
